Rosemary

Sow in seed trays and cover lightly with fine soil; Plant spacing at 100 to 150cm; Germination period 21 days; Soil temperatures above 23˚C; Harvest approx. 1 year.
Rosemary has a low germination rate, with only 30% of seeds expected to germinate even under perfect conditions. A hardy plant once established, rosemary enjoys dry conditions with full sun and well-drained soil. Harvest rosemary after one year to allow the plant to fully establish. Rosemary leaves can be used fresh or dried.
