Spring Onion – White Lisbon

The heirloom white lisbon is a favoured bunching and pickling onion. Spring onions are grown close together and are harvested when immature. They produce a small bulb at maturity that can be used for pickling. For best results, plant in well-drained, humus-rich soil that is loose and friable. Thrives in a sunny and sheltered position that is not too dry.
