A climbing spinach suitable for the warmer months of the year. Can be eaten raw or cooked and does not go bitter.
Sow 12cm deep; Plant spacing at 20-30cm; Germination period up to 3 weeks; Soil temperatures between 10˚C and 25˚C; Harvest time approx. 5-11 weeks.
Sow spinach direct into the garden bed. Tolerates full sun or part shade. Needs consistent moisture and will quickly run to seed in warm weather. For best results, plant in well-drained, fertile soil, rich in organic matter.
