Pak Choi - Green  

Season – autumn; Sow 5-15mm deep; Plant spacing at 30-40cm; Germination period 4 to 7 days; Soil temperatures between 21˚C and 30˚C; Harvest time approx. 6-11 weeks.

Pak Choi is a quick growing Asian vegetable that can be eaten raw or cooked. Can be sown direct or in seed trays and planted out at 5cm high. Best results are gained with the addition of manure to the garden bed before planting. Needs to be well watered at all times. When harvesting, cut to 3cm and another crop should grow.
